Some Drupal CSS stuff

There have to be done some changes to the style of the calendar of www.free-availability-calendar.com. Then the calendar displayed in the print page ([login to view URL]) should look nearly like the original calendar. Be aware of "line breaks in the table". It's maybe kind of tricky to get it work in all browsers. Most important changes: The days of the month, that don't belong to the month, should not be there. You should give these cells an own color. The cells of past days should have an own color as well. When you change the style of the calendar in the print page, the width of the calendar has to stay the same.
