210138 integrate background - oscom

This is for a oscommerce. It is a very quick and simple job but we can't figure it out. We have a very customized oscommerce shop and we want to change the look of the background but can't for some reason. I have attached an image, we can supply the graphics, just need you to integrate. This includes the part at the footer level. I have hidden the content of the website for competition purposes.
