Drupal 7 Availability Calendars - Fix CSS problem

Hi, I've got a CSS layout problem with the Drupal 7 module Availability Calendars. Have a look to the attached pictures. The frontend calendar is great. But the admin and user edit pages aren't, as you can see. The admin page isn't important, just focus on the user edit page. The colors for the dates aren't there. Furthermore you should delete the field "Name" ("Useful to..."). Thanks in advance for your bids. If you have any questions, please mail me before.
