33400 Page Making Application

This should be a VERY SIMPLE project for the programmer or team that knows what they are doing. Application could be built either server side or desktop. My preference would be for server side so that I could charge for subscriptions to it in the future. I need an application that will create small pages/site EXACTLY like the one at [login to view URL] The formatting with Headlines, Title, (h1) and (h2) tags, type font, metatags, and size and layout needs to be EXACT. This layout was painstakenly done to exact specifications. Now, I would like an application created so that I can enter the following: Keyword(s) Photos Adsense id Aticle(s) And then have a small site created with this layout for each page. In addition to this layout, there should be a google compliant sitemap created. Application would be more attractive with a built in FTP application.
