73002 Investment Club (HYIP? Nuke?)

Note: This is not for a HYIP site. These are just the closest examples to what I want. More: Payment/credits *from* investors via: Credit card, debit card, PayPal, e-Gold, Western Union, cheque or money order, bank transfer, other. (Semi)automatic payments *to* investors via these methods would be good, but not essential, for security reasons. Software should have as many features as possible of the example programs above. *It is not for a HYIP site*. These are just the closest type to what I need. Would also need an affiliate feature, with commission capable of being set in small percentages, like 0.25% Would be nice if investors could trade credits(dollars) between themselves. I'd like PhpNuke as the 'bedrock' software, for the community features. It should be easy to install, as a module, rather than a radical re-working. *I'm open to suggestions as to how this could be done*. **If it's simpler to have it stand-alone, so be it** I would like to pay for this project via PayPal. I'm not in a hurry about this, I'd rather it was done right. [To save you trouble, you might consider using Oscommerce for the payments. I don't want an integrated hybrid of PHP-Nuke and Oscommerce, as the extant ones are buggy, but if an investor could make a payment via Oscommerce, and the admin. could validate it by clicking on link in a secure area, giving them credits in PHP-Nuke? Just a thought.] Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer). Must work with all browsers: Netscape, Explorer, Opera, Safari, etc. As PHP-Nuke and Oscommerce are Open-Source I'd consider making the code public after a X months, but I'd rather not have a million competitors running bogus investment clubs if I can avoid it :)
