Online web to print design tool in HTML5

I need to recreate a website like this [login to view URL], however the design tool when editing a loyalty card needs to be apple ipad and iphone safe so I suggest NO FLASH but instead html5 used to edit cards online. The design editor would work by placing text over a jpeg/pdf image. The editor would need to be able to add text, rotate text, edit size, colour and style. Plus have an image upload feature so the user could place his or hers logo on top of the card. There would also need to be a safe zone built around the artwork of approx 4mm where the user could not put text so it couldn't get trimmed off when print finishing the job. Once ordered online I would need the facility to download a highres PDF of the created artwork for printing, all imagery would need to be minimum 300dpi. The rest of the web site is a standard ecommerce site. I would like this if possible to run within a wordpress site, however this isn't crucial and happy to work with a bespoke admin tool to edit the site. I would host the site on my servers and as such would like all code in PHP and I want all files, not encryted files. Attention! I want clean code. Not encrypted code. No FLASH!
