I'm searching for a competent freelancer or small team of freelancers that knows MySQL, AJAX, CSS, PHP, HTML, general website development, social networking integration, and a bit of Photoshop. I’m looking to hire a competent freelancer to build a website featuring the same functionalities of myhammer.co.uk. It’s a site where individuals can post jobs, and bidders can give quotes on jobs. Web site features: The exact same basic features of [login to view URL] such as posting of job; give quote; search for jobs by title, kind, price, area; etc. Users should be able to send messages to one another. Messaging features like what Facebook has, e.g. Sent messages, Inbox etc. The site should be in English, but I want to be able to translate it into another language. Therefore, you need to tell me where the language files are stored, for which objects/modules etc. so I can replace the files/text. Powered by Ajax so the "tab" part of the website is always displayed where as other parts are dynamic. Reserved space for ads. Flash ads/image ads. Users need basic features such as change their user id, password, email etc. Facebook integration: ‘Like’ and ‘comment’ buttons on jobs, news etc. And possibly login via Facebook. Backend requirements: Admin can control who can bid, how many times a month they can bid. Admin has other usual control over users, e.g. to delete users, change their profile etc. Admin can control whether a user is a ‘job poster’, ‘bidder’, or both. All users have access to post a job, only granted users are allowed to bid - and again, they can only bid limited number of times controlled by the admin. Google analytics integration. Otherwise, the website will of course be dynamic and made up of modules. There needs to be data mining on the site. Certain ads appear when certain words are on the page. Admin can control what ads respond to which words and what ads are displayed by 'default' if no words are present. Design: I have purchased a Joomla 1.5 template that needs some CSS/HTML/AJAX modification. The modifications are things such as removing some text/links/images/modules and adding some text/links/images/modules. You will be supplied with all the psd's and other source files to the template. Facebook: There will be a Facebook page dedicated to this site, and I would like all the new jobs posted on the site to be automatically posted to the Facebook page. Twitter: As with the Facebook page, I want the new jobs to be posted automatically on the dedicated Twitter page. RSS: And lastly, all new jobs posted will be stored in an rss feed. Text: The site will include charachters such as "ú", "í", "ý", "ó", "á","æ", "ø", "å", "Ú", "Í", "Ý", "Ó", "Á", "Æ", "Ð", "Ø", "Å" - they need to be supported.
