I need a skillful php/mysql coder to code an award/rating script. The Award is intended to recognize teachers in different schools every term for sustained performance of excellence in teaching per term and also to rate students to recognize academic success in the classroom. Please If you go through the attached file and you can't code or complete it in time, do not bid. We need a serious and skillful coder only.
