Auto dial phone number from text -- 2

WINDOWS PHONE 8.1 PROJECT I have a text message that comes from the same number each time. In the body of the text there is always a different phone number. I need a simple app developed for Windows Phone 8.1 that runs in the background that monitors for incoming text messages, when a text message comes from the specific number, the app should locate the phone number in the body and auto dial it on speaker without even asking, requiring zero user intervention.
