The project is to create a HTML5/Javascript version of the top half of the attached gauge which will be running on a webserver on a Raspberry Pi. I do not need the purple lines in the center or the far right vertical speed gauge. The number tape on the left will be airspeed, the number tape on the right will be altitude. The data for this will be presented in a .csv file which will be read according to a update rate specified in the javascript. The CSV format will be "airspeed,altitude,roll,pitch,USER1,USER2,USER3,USER4,USER5,USER6,USER7,USER8,USER9" The picture is a reference of a different EFIS design which is used in different applications and I have added the USER tags. The USER fields will be white lettering on black backgrounds. I give the freelancer the option to design the gauge in a manner which will make it easy for them. The requirements are pretty straight forward but the actual look is up to the freelancer. If you search "EFIS display" there are quite a few examples.

I'm an expert Javascript / general web developer. I was actually just working on a similar project dealing with rotations and such and how to get that on a webpage. It was for car data, though, but I've already experienced the type of maths and such that's needed to properly display the rotations correctly and can definitely finish this to your liking. I have a raspberry pi as well, if you needed me to test it with it somehow, though I believe this will just be served to other clients and not for the pi's consumption.
