Customize a Wordpress Template

I am need my WP site to look similar to this page: [login to view URL] I installed the "zeeMintyPro" Theme because it was the closest match and need assist in customizing it. Here ([login to view URL]) you'll see a background image of a nurse practitioner in the middle, some text and a link at left and MOST importantly the "Find a clinic" widget on the right. I installed a "Store Locator" plugin that creates a simple version of "this widget" and you "should be able to" position it here...that's the goal anyway. The widget is found in the "Widgets" area and is called "SLP Search Pro". The menu selections above > "Clinic Locator", "Services", "Insurance & Billing" are not important but if can be easily implemented then go for it based on what this Theme will produce. I'm always open to suggestions. Here is a fully functioning "Demo" of the "zeeMintyPro" Theme so you can see how it's supposed to function: [login to view URL] The slideshow isn't required for what I'm working on currently but you'll see the ability to add a link in select header images. You'll be able to see the larger header image at the HOME page and smaller Header on all other pages in this Demo. Essentially I just need a "HOME" page and a Single page that I can duplicate over and over. Having a heck of a time with the instructions on how to set the HOME page up with a "LARGER" header and the other "PAGES" a smaller header that excludes the "Locator Widget". Played around with settings for hours and need assist. In the "Appearance" settings you'll find "zeeMintyPro Theme Options". As an aside I would interested in having someone set up a fully functioning "zeeMintyPro" Demo. I will not display my domain publicly only privately.
