This car has stolen items including a house key, car key, wallet containing money and both debit and credit cards and my ID with my home address. Went to the police with these pictures and they "didnt have the time" to deblur or have someone do it on the license plate number they said if i can get a clearer picture showing the plate better they can do something about it only then....Asking for a reasonable price as i am not looking for a photoshoot type job just, specifically to quickly get the picture clearer or sharper to catch this piece of garbage or at least prosecute since i feel my home and family are somewhat at risk with this person knowing my home address from my license.
