The current probe can be done using a ferrite core with a secondary winding to an op-amps. The voltage probe can be done using a normal op-amp circuit to lower down the voltage for the ADC. Please provide more details so that i can do the design for you with LTSPICE simulation results and FEMM results completed with altium pcb files.. :) 10A burst means what ?
