Application to allow people to play video games with only a mouse

The idea is to have an on-screen joystick that is closely surrounded by keys to allow for quick clicking. These keys should be able to be changed to fit whatever game is being played. An option should also be given to allow the user to pick whether the key is help down when clicked, or to just to be clicked once. With regard to the joystick, there should be an option where the entire movement of it just corresponds to "w", "s", "d", "a" (vertical and horizontal movement of the player). Similarly, there should be another option were vertical movement is defined by "w" and "s", but horizontal joystick movement returns left and right mouse movement to the background game. This is because some games make you look around via the movement of the mouse. Regarding the joystick, I would also like there to be an option to make the joystick return a user-selected key when right clicked. I am open to suggestions on the details on how this should work, but essentially just want an application to allow people to play video games without a keyboard. I say without a keyboard here, because I would be willing to pay extra if you include the option for the player to assign voice commands to actions in-game. For example, if the player says "hit" then it will trigger the key that corresponds to the attacking action in the game.
