Design and developing of Databases

We are looking for someone that has the knowledge of designing av developing databases for an application that we are developing. We expect that the total number of hours would be 500+ hours. If we are satisfy with the initial job, we would like to make a long term agreement for other tasks within IT. The communication will be in English.
