Code chat dashboard to work with Plivo or Twilio (nodejs, mongo/rethinkdb)

I would like to build a dashboard that can let us interface with a SMS platform in a chat like fashion The client side is all bookstrap and we have most of the pages and UI completed we now need someone to take this and hook it up. We will have customer signup, which is a form. We will ask for payment info via stripejs Customers are added to a queue where they are pending activation One activated we can then send and receive messages from them via our chat like interface. Customers will only have a login to change their profile info and download a log of the history of their "chat/sms" messages. System I/O needs to be extermely quick and interface with one of the two mentions SMS providers (both have great interfaces and work with node) We will store all customer data and chat history in a db, I would like rethinkdb here. System UI needs to be quick and responsive lots even though its simple i need it to be quick
