Consultation for Public Wifi

Hi There is two thing that you should consider about the Public wifi project. One is, if you want to cover the whole area that you specified, is there any building, trees, statues, or whatever on this area? each thing acts as source of interference for the wifi spectrum. The second thing is, if you want to cover density of user on the wifi, you will have to implement a little bit more Access points, bridges or repeaters on the infrastructure. The best way to do this is by doing a site survey on site, maybe I can help you with this. I work for a Cisco Partner in Central America, so I'm used to do this kind of job, however,I'm a new on the freelancer world, that's why you see no rate on my profile. I'm also own the Wireless specialization from Cisco, so I believe I'm a good candidate for this project. Hope we could do this work together. I have 7 years experience in WISP. Now i have a WISP company. Over 5000 user. I am a radio and network engineer. As you say that i need the exact location map or lat long or quardenet to locate the area. Bcz need to know the average high of the building. Also not only consult i can configure all radio and router for you. Thank you.

Hello, It is very interesting project, something similar I did long time ago but it was a community network. So, I can propose you one solution which can be done with network equipment from brand Mikrotik. Comparing to Cisco which is very very expensive, Mikrotik is a lot cheaper and with him you can do absolutely the same thing for less money. For example, one Omnitik access point, on 2.4 Ghz or 5 Ghz can cost about $50, point to point links cost around $30 etc. Depending what kind of topology you want to do, how much is your budget, and how much AP you need, I can offer you complete solution for this project, and support after.
