Small C#.NET Web Scraping Project

I'm looking for a .NET professional that can pull data from third party websites without using any APIs whatsoever - that's right, I'm talking about pulling data straight out HTML without using any official APIs. So, if you believe that, "if content can be viewed then it can be scraped" and you know how to do this, then this just might be the right project for you. If not, then please don't bid on this project. So, here's what this project requires: 1. Create a MS SQL 2008 database driven .NET application that will be able to screen scrape all HTML data for whatever websites are listed within the database. 2. Then I want you to write code that will perform several search and replace executions on the scraped data so as to perform the necessary SEO optimization. During this step, your code will also replace any keywords or meta tag information that's within the original HTML that was scraped. In addition, your code should also make any necessary modification to the HTML code so that it displays properly within the browser window. 3. After all of this, your code should then add the required Google Analytics script at the bottom of the webpage. 4. Once all of these changes have been made to the HTML code that was scraped, then your code should display the changed redirected website on a new domain name (website) of my customer's choosing. 5. Then I want you to implement URL Rewriting so that the search engines don't see the "[login to view URL]" page and instead they see a "[login to view URL]" page. By doing these things, my customer, should be able to setup his own new websites (with unique domain names) that automatically displays a redirected webpage and yet do all the necessary SEO work based on a given domain name (and keywords that are listed within the database). This way Google and all the other search engines should be able to crawl all these new domain names and see the "redirected webpage" as a unique website that has been SEO Optimized.
