C#, MS Access based Desktop Application Development

I checked out the program sample and saw that the database exists, just the application has to be created. I would like to work with you on this project and am available in the next few weeks to put long hours into it. I am very conscientious about getting 100% positive feedback, so you can rest assured I will have this up and working quickly to your complete satisfaction. I personally have not worked with getting data out of instruments but I have programmers working with me who do, and I will let them do that part of the job. After we get the data in some readable format the rest of the job is all very familiar and I feel comfortable with. If the price is a deciding factor I might be able to go down some but since I never change terms after taking a job, and sometimes I end up working much harder than I expected (like a job I just took that the employer himself wasn't sure what he wanted) I prefer to stay on the safe side.
