I have started a project in Symfony2 but do not have time to complete it. I need to have it completed for Phase 1. The website helps people sell goods by organising events at their home for selling their home contents. Like a garage sale, but currently specifically in South Africa.
In essence, it consists of the following
First Encounter
> User selects package of interest
> User goes through a Wizard to register (via Facebook), upload initial items pon sale (in bulk) and list the initial event
> The user pays via credit card depending on package selected (free is also an option)
> Once payment occurs successfully, the event is posted to the FB page for people to see. An email is sent to the event owner to confirm details and with link to share on social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Other) to make it more visible
Returning Users
> The user can add/disable events (through the same process as Wizard)
> Users (selling or buying) can view valid (paid) events, browse their items on sale, like them, share them and RSVP to give seller an indication of interest and people arriving
> Events can be searched for by Province, City and is ordered by default by City based on user's IP address location
Characteristics
> Site is 100% responsive (no exceptions)
> The site creates the best User Experience by considering various flows and points of entry the user could take i.e Through the wizard, the user exists at step 3, step 4 is outstanding so we send a reminder email after 24 hours, 48 hours and 7 days to user to complete the process. When user accesses site in any manner and we recognize him/her, we take him/her to the next logical point to close the sale, or manage an event
General
> The project has been started and can be checked out from a GIT repository. Lots has been done so you can just build on from what is there. I'd say the project is at 60% complete
> I need the project fully testable and working 100% to my satisfaction before releasing payment
> A Test Facebook app (and live) exits for integrating with the FB API
> A Facebook Page already exists
> The person awarded the project is open to make recommendations i.e. building the project over in WordPress will be cheaper and faster, suggesting other scenarios to consider etc
> The person awarded the project will need to make UI, UX and Look & Feel improvements on the CSS classes that already exist
> The person awarded the project can recommend other API's to integrate with that will make the prodict more successful. FB does not allow the creation of Dynamic Events throigh the API, so posting events to the page which will become visible to pople liking the page makes most sense
> The mySql schema already exists
No Exception
> Code will be reviewed and needs to be top quality
> The system will be benchmark tested and needs to be fast
> The system will be quality tested and needs to be bug free
> The system will be UX tested and needs to be User Friendly
> The system will be Responsive tested and needs to be 100% responsive
No payment will be released if the system does not meet this criteria
