I have a MySQL server that is hosted in my home network. I have admin access to the Window 10 O/S as well as the MySql server. However, am unable to access this from outside my home using the public IP. I am posting this for the 2nd time as the previous freelancer had confirmed that port 3306 is not opened by my ISP. I wanted someone to validate that and if valid, a) talk to my ISP in their lingo hem understand whats needed b) if not valid, take the necessary steps to enable this. I have TeamViewer. Since this would be an online project with me over teamviewer, I am proposing hourly.
