Betting Tool - Tennis Upgrade required

1 - Delete Main Menu . Have the main menu on the main form.

2 - when saving, I would like the file name to appear on top of form.

3 - Home & Away (Primary & Secondary) Odds range requires fixing.... I want to show from 0.00 and not from 1.20.

4 - At the moment, the "Primary Report" & "Secondary Report" are combined into 1 REPORT. The computer is taking too long to process data therefore to speed up the report, I require two check boxes "Primary Report" & "Secondary Report" so the Reports can either have 3 options.

a) Report Primary Report

b) Report Secondary Report

c) Both reports combined when check boxes are ticked for both. ("Primary Report" & "Secondary Report")

Need 2 check boxes for each of the Home team (Filters from fixture for report 2 (Home Team)

Need 2 check boxes for each of the Away team (Filters from fixture for report 2 (Away Team)

Need 2 check boxes for each of the Low Range (Filters from fixture for report 2 (Team B)

Need 2 check boxes for each of the High Range (Filters from fixture for report 2 (Team A)

5 ) Add a new button for:

a) Filters from fixture for report 2 (Home Team)

b) Filters from fixture for report 2 (Away Team)

c) Filters from fixture for report 2 (Low Range Odds) Team B

d) Filters from fixture for report 2 (High Range Odds) Team A

These reports will be identical to " Filters from fixture for report 2 (Home Team) ....except that it will have a different Odds ranges. These ranges are listed on the excel spreadsheet " ADD 4 NEW buttons" excel tab.

6 - I want the report to correspond to the check boxes ticked ie Report to commence from 2.00-2.00

7 - In the High and Low Range Odds Primary & Secondary, the PLAYER A & PLAYER B with Sets (HS1, HS2, HS3, AS1, AS2, AS3) needs correcting as some details are shown in the wrong columns.
