Difficult Minecraft Equestrian Plugin -- 2

I am looking for a talented developer to create a difficult horse-based plugin for my Minecraft server. This plugin works similar to the “real world” where if you buy/raise/breed a new horse it will know only the basics. Walk/trot. You will have to train your horse to jump and/or run and increase his health by feeding him. Your horse will not be able to jump high blocks until you level its agility. Your horse needs fed daily or it will begin to lose stats and health. User Commands /horse claim <Horse Name>: This claims your horse and names it. (Spaces in name allowed. Must be between 3-14 characters) No one can ride/steal your horse without being trusted. /horse trust <Username>: This trusts the specified username as someone you trust and allows them to ride your horse. Doing this command again will untrust this person. /horse untrust <Username>: This will untrst the specified user /horse stats <Horse Name>: Displays info about your and/or others horse. /horse rename <New Horse Name>: This command will allow you to rename your horse /horse sell <User Name> <Money>: Sells the horse your sitting on to player specified. /horse buy: This will purchase the horse that was offered to you. /horse kill <Horse Name>: Gets rid of your horse and sends it to the rescue to be put up for adoption. Hunger System: Your horses required to be fed at least once daily. Failing to do so will result in your horse losing stats and/or health at the rate of 1 per every 24 hours (real time). Any food that horses would normally eat in Minecraft are acceptable. Swiftness: This is the horses speed. Leveling Swiftness: Leveling swiftness is done by simply riding your horse. You will gain experience as you ride and will be notified when you reach the next level. Like most leveling systems, getting to the next level requires more and more experience. Every so many levels (it depends on the horse) your horse will gain a speed increase. Agility: This is how high a horse can jump. Leveling Agility: Leveling agility is done by simply jumping your horse. You will gain experience as you jump and will be notified when you reach the next level. Like most leveling systems, getting to the next level requires more and more experience. Every so many levels (it depends on the horse) your horse will jump higher. Vitality: This is the amount of health a horse has. Leveling this is done by feeding your horse food (all normal horse foods level vit a small amount) Golden Apples and/or Golden Carrots grant the most exp for feeding.
