So what you really need? Software components: DB, Reporting, Sheduling or project architecture document?
Your description is not a project. Also not sufficient to desigion.
You need explain:
Have you IT infrastructure now: server, hosting, software (licences)?
What your role in maintainin process: data loading on regular basis.
What your skills in data loading and report building?
Do you wand reporting ability rather than pre-builded Reports (How many?)
What you mean "a lot of data"? How many exist? how many produsced per day, per month?
"A lot of" -- entities (tables) or records? (How many, thousands, millions?)
You mixed cloud-based, server and standalone (probably) solutions in your list. So, what you really need? You need to pay for all of them on regulary basis, maybe exept "standalone" which also means "on your workstation" that also good solution if you: loader, reporter as persone, without collaboration needs.
