Hi, We want to build a website that can cater needs of the indian community where we live. We have been using sulekha dot com but its a mess. We are asking for bids to build a 21st century classifieds site which is mobile first and accessible from all mobile platforms. We just want to build a complete classified site, nothing more. We love modern and simplistic design and code that keep scaling in mind. We prefer either Java or PHP for the backend, if PHP is used we prefer Zend.
