I require a freelancer to help me with my project.

It is highly preferred that the selected developer is skilled in both IOS and Android mobile application development as the applications concept is relevant for both mobile OS's.

The project is will be run in phases which are based on the success of milestones. The phases are:

- Phase One: Technical Feasibility: Is the scoped application feasible for both IOS and Android? I want to do this in a Webex session. If I make the decision not to proceed, the project will stop here and there will be no further development work. You will however be paid for this meeting.

- Phase Two: If feasible, build an iPhone & and Android PHONE application to a specific list of functional specifications.

Phase 3: Once the phone applications have hit a certain # of installed users, the developer will be asked to replicate the applications for IOS and Android Tablets.

Phase 4: Depending on success of apps, there is definitely an opportunity for the develop to be hired again for enhancements/future versions.
