Attention! Currently seeking the following in the Los Angeles area to help with an exciting new mobile app! It's definitely a game changer in the app market: nothing like it exists! I'm aiming for the project to launch beta mid May/early June with full build and official launch party in the beginning of July. I'm seeking 3 developers and 1 graphic/app designer to join the current designer I already have working on the project. Information about disclosures, payment, and further employment after development of the initial build will be discussed upon acceptance of the job during the final interview.
APP DEVELOPERS should have experience with both iOS and Android platforms. The app is social media/entertainment related, so having knowledge in that field is a huge plus. I am looking for talented individuals who want to be a part of creating the next big app in a very crowded market. This project can be massive depending on the commitment level to the work and deadlines. Being that I'm only seeking (up to) 3 developers, you should be able to work well with a smaller, more intimate team. Communication skills are key. You will be working closely with myself and a graphic designer throughout the duration of the creative process to ensure a cohesive, polished product.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Participate all phases of the development lifecycle with focus on design and build
Extensive understanding of social media application architectures
Proven and successful web application development experience within the social media space
Design and build prototypes and designs.
Coordinate with graphic designer to integrate custom design into app build
Integrate with 3rd party applications.
Define physical program units and data structures.
Participate and assist in application architecture functions
INTERVIEW PROCESS: The interview process will consist of two parts. The first interview will include a traditional Q&A in regards to your experience. Some of the questions will be more personal in an attempt show your personality. The second part of the interview process will include a group interview with remaining potential candidates. This second group interview will be very casual, and acts as a final attempt to get to know you more as an individual and how you interact on a team.
