predictive quiz android app

Intro Predictive quiz app. User get to test their ability to predict future events. At first I will offer this only in English but the tech should allow for easy addition of other languages. I am open to tech/framework/dbase type suggestions. Android first (native), but with ios in mind as an addition later. Access should be via facebook account login. Users will have access to one question per day that will be posed for a yes/no answer. The question will be set by admin. This can be done direct to the dbase, no back end if necessary at this time. This question should be pushed as a notification to app users, clicking on the notification should take the user to “Today’s question” page with the question and yes/no answer buttons. Links to this page and not to the question associated with the push notification will prevent users answering questions from previous days, which I do not want to allow. Questions will be based on the possibility of a future event happening within a set time. Each question will have its own completion date after which admin will answer the question. Back ground scripts will be necessary so as to populate the dbase as appropriate and serve the data as required by the UI. There are many extras that the project “could” have, this is just the starting point to get something launched and tested. UI All design should be responsive to varying resolutions. The UI should be clean and consistent with current UI trends. Pages: Today’s question – question and yes/no answer buttons. Score – number of questions answered, number of completed questions, correct answers to completed questions, score (% of correct answers) Answer – when a question the user has previous answered is completed (date of event has past) and admin officially answers the question then a push notification is set to the user link back to this page. The question should be re stated, the question date, the official answer and the user’s latest score. Table – high scorer’s table showing best 100 with highest % correct answer who have answered a minimum of X questions that are completed. X can be hard coded for now and set to 10.
