Photo to Text, Text to Saved Document as input on file.

Good Day I do hope all is well and that you've had a peaceful day thus far. I would like an App, which takes a picture of a document or disc (which contains text information). This document/Disc has a "Set/fixed" format, yet the information contained is unique and differs from person to person ( seen as variable information). Only the "variable information" must then be stored as text on a server, which must be able to be "recalled" when needed (as this information will be used to "Repopulate" on a PDF file when needed (variable information must then be put into a PDF file when needed with the user's "profile information" at a later stage). The user must thus be able to log in, register his profile and put in his/her personal information such as ('Profile Information"): Name And Surname Identity Number (ID Number) Passport number (if applicable) Telephone Number Fax Number Cellphone Number Home Address Postal Address (this information will also be used on a PDF File with the "variable information"). Take a photo of a document (which only stores a set variable information) from the document, and when needed the user must be able (at a later stage) be able to recall the information onto a PDF file which has a different format. The user will also be charge by debit order per month at a fixed rate for the services and is charged per "Stored" profile/stored information documented. The Information will be recalled at a set time frame, every year from the user profile (as set as a reminder). The information will then be populated on a document in which the user can print the document and use it as a hard copy for an application at a department. Thus it will look as follows: - User Registers profile with info ("Profile Info") - Takes photo which has text (text stored as "Variable info") - PDF file (fixed format used) = Profile Info AND Variable info is put on the PDF file -PDF file printed with info on and used as hard copy to apply at a department. - then user is reminder of the above every year The information stored must also be safe from hacking etc and it will have confidential information of people.
