I need a very small back end app written for my iOS app. Using Google Cloud Functions, Scheduler and Firebase Messaging, this javascript app should send a silent push notification (with the correct APNS flags) to all devices running my app, once every 24 hours. This silent push notification will then start an update process in the app. I already have Firebase messaging set up, and my app is already set up to receive push notifications from Firebase Messaging Composer. I just need the javasript code and the instructions on how to set up Google Cloud with it.
