Need help finishing an Android and IOS hybrid app

Hello, We have a project which is at around 80% completed but the developer went on site for his job and is unavailable for further work until 2 months, and the client won't wait so we are looking someone for perhaps long term to work with us , We are moving towards a SAAS based model so as a developer your role will be crucial to our firm and this will be an ongoing work for you and your team. What we are looking for is someone who is well versed with ionic 1.9, with angular and the project is being developed using Cordova. The feature of the project involves Basic design tweaks like icons, color, spacing changes. Some functional changes such as message counter, post counter, post linking and sharing, notification pointer to corresponding post etc. (Most of which are done some minor tweaks are needed) This applies both for Android and IOS. Someone with design experience is a must and should be able to deliver on a regular basis and must not fail deadlines at any cost. If you are a team we welcome you too.
