Hi, I have checked the pdf you have attached.... i can make this app easily .... i will use PHP/MySQL for back end so it will run on linux easily...one suggestion i have is that we should not make screen3 as login/register .... but instead show search results in screen3 and when user get to perform any action / on any search result then we ask them to register/login . - for payment are you open for paypal ? - what will credits be used for ? - do they get notification if someone likes them ? or like tinder just a generic notification that "someone" liked you ? Notes: my bid include chat only text based no images/video sharing in chat...

For the first 10 days, I will build the main function of the app including the APIs, but with minimum ui/ux decoration. Just to make sure everything worked as intended. APK will be sent to you by email. You can test the app on each day or two. After this phase, you can release 1st milestone payment. The next 5-8 days is about adjusting everything, user interface, behavior, and deployment preparation. The app may be uploaded into Play Store as a limited user (by invitation or manually granted user) for testing purpose. You can release 2nd milestone payment. The next 5-7 days is deployment and testing. Making sure everything is working good. Releasing source code and final payment. I am available on skype, email, and freelancer messages. I may be offline on saturday/sunday. Project payment will be made using freelancer. I am using native Java Android for the apps, PHP and MySQL for the APIs, Google Maps and Direction Matrix for location capability, and Firebase for the notification.
