Hello, I want a hybrid app for android and ios using Cordova/Ionic , javascript with jQuery or framework7. The app will be 4 pages, first page will be for navigation to page 2, 3 & 4. second page with 7 survey questions (text input, radio selection, multi selection, input with step counter). APP should save the GPS location and one Photo. The data should be saved in local DB (websql/sqlite). After save reset the survey questions. Second page to display data in table with single box search function to filter the rows in table. There should be an option to export data in csv/excel format. Fourth page, reading CSV/excel file from user defined path and display on screen in table format.
