This would be a great fit for me as the majority of my career I have worked in recruitment and marketing capacity. I have over 15 years of full life-cycle recruitment in a corporate and staffing agency environment. I can research and reach out to active and passive candidates.
I have researched, recruited and trained staff in a variety of roles and industries. Much of my work has been in developing relationships with candidates and clients. I have recruited for business development, technical, engineering, finance, marketing, C-Level, technical, business development, finance, engineering, marketing positions as well as administrative roles. To address your project scope: 1)I have sourced on all major job boards, social media sites, job fairs, cold calls, internet research and a great deal of networking. I have recruited for IT roles, professional/management, finance, retail, sales/marketing, administrative, project management, real estate and multiple other positions. 2)I have access to LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Facebook, Dice, Indeed and a number of smaller job boards. 3)I have experience developing job descriptions, setting employee roles and responsibilities as well as creating training programs and implementation. I have experience with internet searches, all major job boards, networking, job fairs and other recruitment techniques and tools and lead generation experience.
