I would like to replicate an app like this: [login to view URL] With all the features and potentially more. I would prefer a freelancer that has a "team" that is professional and can complete this task at a reasonable time. I would work with this freelancer for a very long time. Requirements: 1.) Freelancer Profile must be a "team" that can create this project for me as fast as possible without hindering quality. 2.) Freelancer must have experience creating programs with Instagram and understands their updates that happen once or twice a year. This program must be created in a way to be able to be edited when Instagram updates their application. 3.) Multiple great reviews!
