SUMMARY Create an application that could run on smart phone or tablet (IOS or android), may be web based if it makes things easier. The application will output a office file powerpoint preferred but consider word and excel if not a lot of extra work is required to do so with a sequence of squares were there will be one picture and text per square • When a new work instruction wants to be created the user will take a picture within the application and then type or speak the instructions • When the user choses to speak the instructions the app with convert it to text • Once that step is complete with the picture and text the user will press next to take the next picture and adding the instructions until all the steps for that operation have been captured • When complete the user will press save as in order for the app to add all the pictures in the sequence to the master template office file to have the final work instruction, create as many pages as necesary. • This template will be loaded to the app and with an app tool the location of the squares will be defined for the app to place the pictures when finish • Other locations of the office file template will be populated by the application as well like the following ○ Work instruction number and revision ○ Date ○ Created by ○ Part numbers used ○ Equipment ( could be selected from a user defined list)
