Want a coaching class management solution (with web + android app) 1. Should have options to create Masters Main Masters: (eg. Institutes, Branches, Courses, Batches, Subjects, Designations, Qualifications) Enquiry Master: (Sources, Reasons, Type, Response, remarks) Lectures Masters: Sections, Rooms Communication Master: Remarks Other Masters: School, Caste, Boards, IP Address, Relations, Scheme. 2. Dashboards For Admin (With all details), For each staff (With less details) and For student and parents Module 1 Institute management Adding Institutes name, logo, address, branches handled by institute, Standards handled by institute. Batches for different standards Module 2: User Management Adding users i.e. staff, teachers with all details name address contact number, designation, pay structure ,assigning roles/rights, staff attendance, staff payment. Module 3: Enquiry Recording name of student for enquiry, Standard, subjects, school name, address, contact details, remarks(hot, cold, warm, interested etc..) and follow ups. Messages to enquiries(individual as well as group). Reminder for followups to staff on dashboard to staff in web and in app both, If enquiry gets confirm then transferring the student details into admission. Module 4: Admission 1. Fees details: (Admission Fees + Tution Fess) Less Discount(both option % and amount)(assigning rules for limit of discount to staff) = Sub Total Gst(with option to charge or no) Courseware Charges Total Amount Bad debts 6. Receipts Date, Institute Name, Branch, Receipt No. Course, batch, Total fees Downpayment amount. Mode(cash / cheque) if cheque then bank name, cheque no, dated. Installment options for balance and setting reminder to staff and admin for fees dues Module 5 Attendance Class Attendance on daily basis and lecture basis both. Manual and biometric Notification/sms to parents about absentees along with day and time and if on lecture basis then with subject also.
