If so, then please share the reference, if not then how about we just start with a prototype just to see that how the data capture on smartphone browser can be done for search keywords and how that notification is sent, we can just try it for one browser with one user for half the cost and if this works then a proper app with all details like how the parents and kids are connected, what the Ui will be to add user, how the notification format will be for different words etc. can be designed and developed. My suggestion will be to develop this as a MVP first and once the concept is validated then develop the complete project. Let me know what your thoughts are.
