App needed for local businesses to sell tickets

Hello, I need an app created for local business to sell tickets to events. Users (consumers) will register to app and search for businesses and purchase tickets. Below are full project requirements: ***ALL FRONT END DESIGN IS COMPLETED- ONLY FUNCTIONALITY IS PENDING*** 1. E-commerce payments- App will accept payments from Consumers and Businesses. Consumers will register to app for FREE and Businesses will register for PAID MEMBERSHIP (monthly). Consumers will buy tickets and Businesses will receive funds. 2. App should show “Receipt” of confirmed purchases (order summary) 3. Promo codes (created via admin)- Consumers can use promo codes during purchase of tickets. Businesses will create promo codes via admin panel. 4. Salesmen- This app will have outside sales team with people selling this app to local businesses. Each salesman will make a % commission in earnings for each business (user) that registers to app. This information should be viewed via admin panel for businesses. 5. Admin panel (Super admin)- This will be main admin panel for app where admin can make businesses “featured business” on app, Push Notifications, edit settings, etc. 6.
