Anthropometric measurement ( Data Science) ( Mobile App Development) (Android) (Python)

This project is two-staged, I have code for both stages but due to my lack of experience, I am unable to complete it. The first stage of the project takes an RBG file as an input and gives out ht, waist circumference, chest size, arm length, and so on. ( I would prefer if instead of taking an image as an input the model can do a live scan and give a similar output.) The second part is actually easier than the first, I have code for 3D body modeling, wherein various body measurements such as ht, wt, waist, arm, leg length, and so on are inputted and the output is a 3D model that shows how a body looks when a person is of certain body measurement.
