The App x - should have a user friendly interface - Back end (log-in portal i already have a database of few people), payment gateway - there should be a live chat support which could be conneted to our facebook chats or else.. - Anybody could sign in as a member and as an agent. the agent will be able to make live conversations with the members based on the availability(Online or Offline), the agents will have to go through a special sign up approved by admin and the members should go through a regular sign up. - The agent should be able to connect with members via live chat support and through the whiteboard panel as described below. - should have a whiteboard live interactive panel like "ziteboard" - the whiteboard panel should be opened by the Agents on request to the admin. - There should be an option to link the pages of the app to a youtube playlist.
