Andriod AND IOS

I want to make a project that will host maintenance companies & customers. Customer wants to make maintenance for his home. So he login and submit an order ( what / where ) . customer can choose the companies manually or he leaves it to the app to chose the closest company for him. Companies receives the order and he needs 24 hours to finish it. if he didn't then the works will pass again to the customer so he can chose an other company or the system does. And that particular company gets suspended for 48 hours. Next, Emergency calls, a customer can submit an emergency call. that the company should reply to it in maximum one hour. and order should finish in 6 hours. If company didn't reply it gets suspend for 48 hour. Lastly, if the customer wants to select the company manually for his order. the app should show him each company in his area and the distance between the customer and the company. =================================================================== You will use AWS bitnami server so u don't need to bother with the database, will develop the UML first and I need to agree on it. Next, u will start the implementation.
