We require an experience web developer to create a web serivce which will communicate with our mobile app. The service will need to transmit data in json format to inlude the following details: 1- Screen Name 2- Image url 3- Reference url 4- Refresh rate (how often application should call this web service) The aim of the web serive will be to display in-app ads and allow us to manage which ads show when/where. We are able to provide hosting and other essentials. The choosen developer will need to communicate with our app developer to create what is required in the quickest possible time
