Hello Everyone! I 'am looking for someone to develop an app that will be for all mobile devices, in priority Android. The distribution will be international. The app creates micro surveys and communities. They are special functions to develop such as filters in the communities, filters on the people who will receive the question, tools to locate where the people are, comments, moderation tools … I have already written the specifications for the app. It is important that the apps works well and fast. Now I am looking for someone to develop it. I am looking for someone who knows how to deliver quality work (fast app, that still works perfectly with high traffic) and who knows to respect a budget. I am looking for someone who will communicate regularly and become a partner so we can share ideas. If the app is good, a lot of new development will come after.
