Based on a HP Server with Windows SBS 2008 fresh installed. Server interface language is german. You get full access with Teamviewer. Your basic job: install all updates/service packs create two user accounts with given names (without exchange) (x)copy backed up files from an external USB-HDD install and configure "Personal Backup" for backups install sql Server 2012 express german with advanced services and management studio and all servicepacks+updates, configure sql server for client access bind some sql-db-files from backup-hdd to sql server create in ms sql server an automatic backup once a day (23:00) some additional adapts within the job maybe if needed some support at connecting clients
