Ideally educated to Bachelor Degree.

Prior experience as a personal assistant is a plus.

Personality is very important, prefer someone lighthearted and with a sense of humor rather than no-nonsense and serious all the time.

General duties
Scheduling events, organizing, maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Take notes, dictation and meeting minutes.
Data management (mail, photos, personal documents, etc.).
Greet visitors at all levels of seniority and social class.
Checking emails and responding to them in a timely and professional manner and keeping him updated.
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
Act as alternative telephone correspondence when required, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them as appropriate.
Liaising with house staff and suppliers to ensure the home is always clean and stocked.
Sometimes you may be required to do light cleaning, take out trash, top the fridge, shopping, pet care, etc. In general anything that needs doing.
