VB.Net + DevExpress + MS-Access developer for more than 4 weeks + maintenance

I am looking for a developer with extensive experience on DevExpress (winforms) JOB : DevExpress developer with excellent implementation-experience of : VB.net (Visual Basic for .net) WinForms (!) DevExpress MS-Access Usercontrols for reusability in different parts of the project PROJECT : The project is a custom 'management'-system for products, relations, documents, sales- and purchase-orders, invoicing, email-communication based on pre-made templates, emailing-generation and reporting SPECIALTY : DevExpress Grid including (custom) inline editors (80 percent of the screens will consist of grids) DevExpress Drag and Drop for grid sorting DevExpress Reporting Modern and efficient User Interface design like the DevExpress samples Import from / Export to : MS Excel (2003 to lastest version) including export of editors to MS-Excel and template-based generation of for example price/productlists excellent query-implementation PREFERABLY EXPERIENCE WITH : order- and invoice-systems (there will be NO in-depth bookkeeping-functionality) API connections to magento, paypal LANGUAGE SPEAK/WRITE : You have a very good level of at least one of the following languages : English, German, Dutch PERSONAL ASSETS : You have good analytic capabilities and are flexibel because the project will be partially change during development (based on customer testing and change of requirements). You are not deaf and are willing to listen first before you present a solution. You have no problem with documenting your great programming-solutions. The database-system used is MS-Access; you understand that there are restrictions in query-design when using MS-Access compaired to for example MS-SQL (example 'case'-statements that are not available in MS-Access and therefor need a different approach/work-around). You know how to implement sql transforms and pivots. First we will do a sample-part to evaluate the DevExpress experience.
