dsPIC30F4011 interfacing with 4x4 keypad and 16x2 LCD display

This job is for experienced users of the dsPIC30F4011. I would like someone to code a program in MPLAB. The coding language should be C. The program should capture numbers from a 4x4 keypad matrix. In order to activate the keypad, the star(*) key should be pressed. To finish entering the number, the hash(#) key should be pressed. To clear an entry and start again, the D key should be pressed. The numbers should be stored in a variable defined as an integer, so it can be used for other mathematical manipulations later... The numbers should range from 0 to 600. The numbers pressed on the keypad should be displayed on the 16x2 LCD. the name of the LCD display to be used is the 16x2 HITACHI HD44780. Ideally, I need someone who is already in possession of the dsPIC30F4011, a 4x4 keypad and the 16x2 HITACHI HD44780 LCD display, so that they can test if the code is working. where not clear, please ask.
