Need someone to design a firmware upgrade for the Adafruit Pixie which uses the PIC12F MCU chip to be able to be controlled with the Neopixel RGB library. According to the original designer of the Pixie, if one were to redesign the firmware to 400khz, then it should work. I have seen it respond already to Neopixel commands, but it only can turn on the blue and green die and not the red.

However, if you care enough and willing to put in the work, with custom firmware you can implement the WS28' interface at 400kHz without needing to make any hardware changes.)
