Hello, I understand perfectly what you mean when you say that the prices for mask making machines a very high now (120 000 USD in average depending on the automation level), they are actually twice as high as before and it is very clever to produce your own machines yourself. I am currently working on the design of a mask making machine which could procude around 40 mask/minutes (2 400 mask/hrs) at half the price that I mentionned before (around 60 000 USD). Of course, this will depend on differents factors like of how many mask/minutes you want to produce and if you already have a network of manufacturer/supplier for the fabrication of the machine. I can make you an estimate of the cost of manufacturing this yourself in your country and I can also make the design of the machine if you decide to proceed with this project.
